Description

A witch made entirely of chains looms out of a smoky emerald gloom, every metal link glowing with a toxic, ghostly green light. Her hat and flowing robe are woven from the same living chains, cascading in long, twisting strands that trail into the mist like serpents. A single bright green eye burns beneath the brim of her hat, the only clear feature in her otherwise shadowed face.
