Description

The figure looms out of a churning storm, a tall wraith shaped entirely from thick, interlocking chains. The links flow like tattered robes, forming a ragged hood where a face should be, but there is only darkness pierced by two blazing, electric-blue eyes. Lightning crawls along its body, threading through the chains and bursting outward in jagged bolts that illuminate banks of swirling cloud beneath it.
